This Membership & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing your subscription to our digital content services, including membership tiers and à la carte offerings. By subscribing to any membership or purchasing digital content, you agree to the terms set forth below.

Membership Options

Gamcore currently offers four membership levels. Each tier provides access to exclusive digital content including—but not limited to—high-resolution images, premium videos, and downloadable media. Membership benefits vary by level and may change over time as new features or content become available.

Additional à la carte content will be available for separate purchase and download. These items are not included in your membership unless specifically stated.

Billing & Renewals

All memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually, depending on your selection) until cancelled. You will be charged to the payment method provided at the time of registration.

  • All charges will appear discreetly on your billing statement.

  • Prices and availability of membership plans are subject to change at any time. We will provide notice before any pricing changes take effect.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions. Once cancelled, your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle and will not renew.

  • No refunds or partial credits will be issued for unused time or content.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your content until that period ends.

Please note: Purchasing à la carte content is final and non-refundable. Downloads remain accessible in your account unless otherwise stated.

Account Access & Security

Your membership is for personal use only. Account sharing or distribution of purchased content is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Content Availability

We reserve the right to update, add, or remove content at any time as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the platform. While we strive to maintain consistent access to all materials, availability is not guaranteed.
