Due to the nature of digital content and memberships, all sales on Gamcore are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any membership purchases, à la carte downloads, or digital products.
By subscribing to a membership or purchasing downloadable content from thegamcore.com, you acknowledge that access is granted immediately upon purchase and that the value of the service or content is delivered at that time. As such, we are unable to offer refunds, partial credits, or prorated billing, even if you do not use or fully access the content.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only. Once cancelled, your membership will remain active through the remainder of your current paid period and will not renew. No retroactive refunds will be issued.
If you believe there has been an error with your billing or account access, please contact us at info@thegamcore.com. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that refund requests submitted more than 7 days after a charge has occurred are unlikely to be considered.
All digital downloads are non-refundable. If you encounter a technical issue preventing access to purchased content, contact us for assistance. We are happy to help resolve access problems, but this does not guarantee a refund.
